Daily Times.
The Daily Times magazine is a self-designed magazine based on a school assignment. The assignment was to make a magazine for a specific target group (after own choice). My selected target group was men. I chose a few themes for the magazine that I thought were interesting for men.
Design.
While designing the magazine I decided to choose a type of design per spread. In addition to these different designs, I made sure that they matched each other, by using recurring fonts and margins.
way of thinking.
The themes chosen for me are the interests of a ‘typical’ men, for example: lifestyle, sports, cars, electronic devices, fashion, food, interior, gadgets, and travelling. Because of the composition it is a ‘easy reading’ magazine, what is mostly liked by men. In addition to that, I think this magazine is also very suitable for many women.
